We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy new year period.

A day in the life at Max Brenner:

  • Greeting customers upon entry and exit of cafes
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders
  • Assisting other Team Members where needed
  • Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented store

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the Hospitality industry
  • Ideally 2 years of barista experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques, including grinder calibration, coffee
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
