About the role

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.

As the face of Mountain Creek, you'll play an important role in creating the warm and community-focused experience we're known for. You'll work alongside a passionate team serving customers, preparing and presenting our products, making coffee, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression.

This is a casual or part-time position with the opportunity for approximately 30+ hours per week for the right person.

What you'll do

  • Welcome every customer with a warm and genuine smile.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and food.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently recommend products.
  • Keep the shop clean, organised and well stocked throughout the day.
  • Present bakery cabinets and displays to a high standard.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
