Introduction to Opportunity
Peninsula Leisure has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Café Assistant to join the PARC Café Team. This is a casual position, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Peninsula Leisure, a wholly owned subsidiary of Frankston City Council, is an industry leading organisation focused on reimagining community health and wellbeing experiences, currently through the management of Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC), The Pines Forest Aquatic Centre (Pines), Frankston Skate Park and – as of July 2026 – Centenary Park Golf Course!

Responsibilities of this role include:
Possess a friendly, can-do, approachable attitude
Assist with daily opening & closing procedures
Confidently operate point of sale system and complete sales transactions

Key Selection Criteria

Team player & able to work autonomously
Hard working and a can-do attitude
Basic Barista skills (desirable)
