Café All Rounder / Barista

The Drop Espresso Bar is looking for a motivated and reliable Café All Rounder to join our busy team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Stays calm and works well under pressure.
  • Has a positive attitude and provides great customer service.
  • Is a team player who is always willing to help others.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

What we offer:

  • 20–30 + hours per week, depending on experience and availability.
  • A supportive team environment.
  • On-the-job training and opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Experience making coffee is a bonus, but not essential—we’re happy to provide training to the right person.
