About the Role

Zarelli’s Cafe Ristorante is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Barista to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys making quality coffee, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys working with people, and can work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality coffee and other beverages.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee station and front-of-house areas.
• Restock coffee supplies and ensure the workstation is organised.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining beverage quality.
• Support the front-of-house team with daily operations when required.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous barista or coffee-making experience is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Availability to work morning shifts.
