Barista – Morning Availability Required

We are seeking an experienced Barista with strong specialty coffee knowledge and a passion for customer service. Morning weekday availability is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Barista
  • Experience in specialty coffee
  • Confident latte art skills (basic latte art minimum requirement)
  • Ability to adjust coffee grind and manage various brew methods
  • Experience opening and closing the espresso bar
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to carry three plates/coffees and provide full table service
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Take customer orders and manage service flow
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain the espresso bar to a high operational standard
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries professionally
