Barista – SALT Cafe Dural

SALT Cafe Dural is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista to join our team.

The role involves:

• Preparing high-quality coffee consistently during busy service
• Operating and maintaining the coffee machine and grinder
• Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient service
• Preparing other drinks including chai, hot chocolate and iced beverages
• Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
• Assisting the front-of-house team when needed
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Working efficiently as part of a small, fast-paced team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Good knowledge of coffee and espresso
• Able to work confidently during busy periods
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing great customer service

We’re looking for someone who can fit into our team, bring good energy to the cafe and consistently deliver great coffee and service.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
