About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Coasthaven residential aged care home in Norlane (Geelong) .

You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Salary- $36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefits

Casual role with shifts across AM, PM and night duty (Weekdays availability is preferred)

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans

Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)

Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team

Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes

Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment

About you:
C ertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent

Experience in residential aged care (preferred)

Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach

Strong communication and attention to detail

Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care

Compliance/Checks required

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Relevant worker screening/clearance as required (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWCC where applicable).

Proof of working rights in Australia.
