What You’ll Be Doing

You will oversee the construction of approximately 15 primarily single-story homes per annum, ensuring every build meets the G.J. Gardner standards.

  • Project Oversight: Maintain strict building schedules and ensure projects stay on track.

  • Quality Control: Perform rigorous inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.

  • WHS Management: Manage on-site Work Health & Safety to ensure a zero-harm environment.

  • Hands-on Craftsmanship: Perform framing, fixing, and fit-off tasks for complex or custom builds.

  • Site Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, apprentices, and laborers, fostering a collaborative site culture.

  • Software Literacy: Use building software to track progress and communicate with the office.
