Our Recreation Services team at Lords Recreation Centre are looking for Casual Activity Leaders to join the team for their upcoming School Holiday Program in July 2026.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• To set up and pack down equipment for structured activities
• Prepare function spaces for use as required
• Prepare session plans and run relevant programs that are age appropriate to the intended clientele
• Provide constant supervision to participants in each program
• Report any incidents to participants in a timely manner and ensure that appropriate first aid equipment is administered.

If you have a friendly and outgoing personality, attention to detail and a professional approach to work and have the ability to:

• Engage and excite children throughout the day
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Manage your own time and priorities and communicate clearly with other team members and managers
• Actively promote Lords programs

Essential Requirements:
A maintained Working with Children check
Ability to work during the July School Holidays

A Bronze Medallion (or equivalent for water safety) is highly desirable
A current First Aid certificate is desirable.

Hourly Rate: $35.36 per hour, inclusive of casual loading
