LOOKING FOR SUPPORT WORKERS FOR ALL MELBOURNE SUBURBS!

Permalink Support Services is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider, that offers Homecare & Community Care services to people with a disability.

Servicing in all regions of Melbourne, Permalink is rapidly growing and expanding its care services in the Northern, Western, Southern, and Eastern regions of Melbourne, supporting more than 500 people each year!

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with safe and timely transportation from their home to their place of work. These are short, 1-hour transport-only shifts and may suit individuals seeking flexible hours or additional income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport NDIS participants from their residence to their workplace using your own registered and insured vehicle.
  • Ensure participants arrive on time and feel comfortable and supported during the journey.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and coordinators regarding transport needs or changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips and report any incidents or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working With Children Check (if applicable).
  • Previous experience working with people with disability (preferred).
  • Punctual, patient, and respectful communication style.
