About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable female Support Workers to assist clients with their daily activities, helping them live more independently, and confidently. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their community.

No prior experience is required — we value attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
• Transporting clients to appointments or community activities when required

Essential Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping and supporting people
• Reliable car and current Australian driver’s licence (with comprehensive car insurance)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, patience, and a caring nature
• Willingness to learn
• Australian working rights
