This is a pivotal role that combines leadership, project management, and strategic advisory responsibilities in a purpose driven organisation with a strong collaborative culture.
The role would suit a driven leader from the Financial Services sector with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills who is able to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage ambiguity effectively while being accountable for:
- Preparing high-quality papers and reports for Board sub-committees and the Board.
- Leading and delivering people-related projects and initiatives, including those that relate to remuneration, performance, and organisational change.
- Supporting critical people processes during peak periods (e.g. year-end, remuneration reviews).
- Partnering with the GM P&CS on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Collaborating across TCorp to align people initiatives with organisational goals.
The successful candidate will be an expert communicator with proven ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful reports for senior audiences as well as a project leader with strong experience managing people-related projects end-to-end. TCorp would like to hear from candidates with:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline.
- A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in HR or business management in financial services.
- Experience preparing Board/Committee papers and supporting senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering people projects and supporting critical people processes.
- Project management certification (desirable).
At TCorp we actively collaborate with our stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the state of NSW. We aim to build an inclusive culture so we can benefit from each employee’s unique perspective and contribution. We also understand the importance of flexible working and we support our people to balance their commitments and thrive both professionally and personally.
