The opportunity

Join Kinetic Specialised Resources as a Casual FIFO Coach Driver supporting our mining operations across Olympic Dam, Carrapateena and Prominent Hill. Earn a competitive flat rate of $52.45 per hour, with flights from Adelaide, accommodation, meals and uniforms provided.

What you can expect:

• Flat rate of $52.45 per hour (no penalty rates apply)
• FIFO travel provided from Adelaide to site
• Accommodation, meals and uniforms supplied
• Split shifts, typically commencing at 4:00am or 4:00pm
• Casual FIFO opportunities across Olympic Dam, Carrapateena and Prominent Hill
• Swing patterns typically operate on a 2:1 or 2:2 basis, depending on operational requirements and backfill needs

Please note: Travel to and from Adelaide is at the employee's expense.

You will be involved in

• Prioritising the safety of passengers, colleagues, and the wider community.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and a positive passenger experience.
• Conducting pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and reporting defects as required.
• Supporting day-to-day operational requirements and other duties as needed.

The boxes you’ll tick

• Excellent customer service skills
• A current Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence or above
• Current SA Driver Accreditation
• Ability to gain Advanced Fatigue Management (AFM) accreditation
• Be able to pass a pre‐employment physical examination, medical history check, and any other required medical components
• Minimum 1 year's bus/coach or heavy vehicle driving experience
• Ability and willingness to provide support in or outside of your daily duties
• Australian Work Rights
