About the Role

We’re currently seeking Chefs to join our huge multi venue operations located at Melbourne Airport. Working across multiple cafes, restaurants and bar we have Part-Time and Full-Time positions available depending on experience and availability.

You will be supported by great leadership and work collaboratively with a team of friendly and skilled work colleagues. As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about providing a memorable hospitality experience that embodies “the best part of the journey” for our customers.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Experience working as a Chef in a similar kitchen environment
• Food Handlers Certificate
• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery
• Experience working in a large or high-volume kitchen team
• Confident in cooking and managing the pass
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, collaborative and can-do attitude with a passion for food

Pay: $29.45 – $32.13 per hour
