- Future-focused enterprise leadership across finance, risk, people and culture, and legal
- Stewardship of Australia's trusted .au domain
- Contribute to the security and resilience of critical national infrastructure
About the organisation
.au Domain Administration Limited (auDA) is Australia’s country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) administrator and self-regulatory policy body, which oversees the operation and management framework of the .au domain of the internet. auDA is a community-based not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, which is endorsed by the Australian Government and has an agreement with the global Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to manage the .au ccTLD. auDA’s role is to provide a safe, secure and operational namespace for more than 20 million Australian internet users. Under the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth), auDA has been declared as the entity that is critical to the administration of the Australian Domain Name System.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO) is responsible for providing enterprise leadership and strategic direction across auDA's finance, risk, people and culture and legal functions. The CCSO partners with the CEO, Board and Board Committees to support sound organisational decision-making, providing expert advice on long-term financial management, governance, risk, workforce capability and legal matters. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CCSO contributes to enterprise-wide leadership, shaping organisational strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture across auDA. The CCSO provides functional leadership across corporate services, ensuring the delivery of integrated, high-performing services that support organisational effectiveness and sustainable growth. During a period of transformation and change, the role leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide corporate services strategies aligned to auDA's 2026-30 Strategy and Sustainability Framework, while contributing to organisational modernisation, future-focused capability enhancement, and the adoption of technology, data and innovative practices that strengthen organisational performance and long-term success.
About you
CA or CPA qualified, you are an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with significant experience reporting to a large board, ideally within technology, critical infrastructure, digital services, member-based organisations or regulated environments. Your leadership expertise includes broader corporate services portfolios spanning people and culture, governance, risk, and legal services. You have a thorough understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams. An engaging and influential communicator, you build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and distil complex financial and organisational information into clear, strategic narratives to support informed decision making. Possessing executive presence, you are comfortable sitting at the executive table and representing the organisation at this level internally and externally. Bringing a strong enterprise perspective, you have a track record of connecting priorities across functions, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve cohesive organisational outcomes. With a future-focused perspective, you proactively identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities, driving improvements that enhance organisational capability, operational effectiveness and strategic outcomes.
