Full job description

Location: Brisbane SouthsideHours: Approximately 28 hours per weekEmployment Type: Part-time

We are a growing multi-store beverage business currently operating several locations across Brisbane. We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Operations Assistant to support the business owner with day-to-day store operations, staff coordination and general administrative duties.

Full training will be provided, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and training
  • Support the daily operation of multiple store locations
  • Coordinate staff and store-related matters
  • Assist with staff rostering and general email correspondence
  • Complete basic administrative and operational paperwork
  • Conduct store visits and provide in-store support when required
  • Communicate with team members and help resolve day-to-day operational issues

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills
  • Be confident communicating in English, as all staff communicate in English
  • Be able to speak Mandarin, which is highly regarded but not essential
  • Hold a valid Australian driver licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Hold a visa with long-term working rights in Australia
  • Be willing to travel between store locations when required
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, administration or team coordination will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
