The Team & Role

As the friendly first contact for patients and visitors to Peninsula Care Group and Peninsula University Hospital, this multi-faceted role is responsible for dealing with phone and reception desk enquiries.

Skills & Experience Required

Basic Computer Skills
A strong understanding and experience with customer service
Previous Switchboard / Reception experience
Aware of, interprets and applies policies
Understands the purpose of, and is able to use, common software applications
Must be able to work nights, weekends and public holidays
