About the Role
This role works at the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure the effective and efficient management of AN-ACC assessments and care planning. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day assessments and documentations then contributing to or writing care plans that correlate to AN-ACC assessments. Beyond AN-ACC this role is skilled and works as a senior nurse in providing care or quality audit information. Bring your exceptional clinical skills coupled with your passion for caring and join the friendly team at Langford Grange.
This is a permanent part-time position working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm.
