The Role

Beyond Health Services is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Registered Nurse with expertise in providing care to individuals with complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with clients, delivering high-quality nursing care to those with a range of health conditions, including neurological disorders, chronic illnesses, and progressive diseases. You will also be expected to conduct continence assessments and provide appropriate recommendations and care plans to improve the health and well-being of your clients.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Beyond Health Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans for individuals with complex needs
• Carry out continence assessments and provide appropriate recommendations for care, including product selection and management strategies
• Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and relevant protocols
• Monitor clients’ health, observing changes and providing timely interventions where necessary
• Provide education and training to clients, caregivers, and support networks, ensuring effective management of complex conditions
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring holistic, person-centred care for each individual
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and Beyond Health Services' policies

About You

• Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration
• Experience in working with clients with complex health needs, including neurological disorders and chronic conditions
• Strong knowledge and experience in continence assessments and the development of care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport for community-based visits

NDIS Compliance

To ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, you will need to hold the following:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion of NDIS Modules
• Valid Police Check
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
