About the Role:

You will provide non-clinical, recovery-oriented support services to mental health consumers across community, acute and rehabilitation settings. Working under the supervision of a clinician, you will assist consumers with practical day-to-day activities that support their recovery goals, wellbeing and independence. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, consumer-focused support and promote positive mental health outcomes.

About You:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support consumers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage workload effectively.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing mental illness and commitment to recovery-oriented care.
  • Experience working in community services, health or mental health settings and using Microsoft Office programs.
