Ready Enable-Disability & Mental Health Support is a Sydney-based disability service provider that delivers home and community care under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The organization focuses on helping individuals live independently through person-centered, flexible, and inclusive supports tailored to physical, mental health, and social needs.

A Community Support Worker helps people with disabilities, mental health conditions, elderly care needs, or social disadvantages live independently and participate in the community.

Typical job duties of a Community Support Worker may:

Assist clients with daily living activities

showering

dressing

cooking

cleaning

Provide emotional and social support

Take clients to appointments or community activities

Help with medication reminders

Write progress notes and reports

Support clients with behaviour management

Assist with shopping and transport

Encourage independence and life skills

Pay: $5,800.00 – $6,600.00 per month
