  • Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being

  • Great communicator: listens well, reads cues, and adapts to different styles.
  • Reliable and professional, with good notetaking and teamwork.
  • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable with changing needs and shifts.
  • Values fit: Bring Energy, Nurture and Care, Act with Integrity, Listen and Connect in action.
  • Optional but nice: Manual handling, epilepsy management, or disability-support training.

What you’ll get (the good stuff)

  • Paid travel between client shifts (minimum distance applies)
  • Real-impact, person-centered work that’s meaningful day-to-day.
  • Employee referral bonus to the value of $300
  • Tailored onboarding for each client and ongoing support from a clinical team.
  • Flexible scheduling to fit your life while serving clients well.
  • A kind, collaborative team that values your voice and growth.
  • Competitive pay and clear paths to deepen your skills and roles.
  • A workplace that lives our values every day, in every interaction.
  • Employee of the month
