ABOUT THE ROLE

6-month contract | Remote

We are looking for a collaborative customer service superstar to join our Customer Contact Centre team, dedicated to delivering high quality and responsive customer service to our valued customers. At Pickles our mission is to win customers for life by making their experience awesome and that starts with you!

In this role you will be working remotely, Monday to Friday (8am-5pm).

As the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner, providing accurate information every time
  • Empathetically listening to and understanding our customer’s needs.
  • Managing queries through a variety of channels such as phone, email & chat.
  • General admin, data entry and record keeping ensuring a clear chain of events
  • Problem-solving and complaints handling in a timely manner, escalating where necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the Pickles business and processes
  • Providing current and accurate information during every interaction
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing and innovation team on projects and outbound opportunities
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes.

ABOUT YOU

A successful Contact Centre Officer will have:

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to source accurate information quickly and effectively to resolve customer requests.
  • Self-motivated, driven and customer centric.
  • Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Available between hours of 8 am - 8 pm AEST
