Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, devices, and applications
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Record support activities and maintain accurate IT documentation
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Relevant IT qualification or certification preferred
Pay: $78,000.00 per year
