Join our Digital Marketing team in this exciting 6-month maximum term opportunity and play a key role in shaping how we engage with our customers.

As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll create and optimise personalised, data-driven customer experiences across email, SMS and push notifications. Working within a team that is passionate about innovation, performance and continuous improvement, you'll design, build and enhance automated customer journeys that drive customer acquisition, strengthen retention and deliver meaningful results.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing automation, email marketing or a similar role

  • Experience designing and optimising customer journeys, audience segmentation and automated campaigns

  • Strong written communication and content creation skills

  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Experience with Iterable or similar marketing automation platforms (highly regarded)

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Telco industry experience or customer journey expertise will be highly regarded



How will you support our “Why?”

  • Design, build and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS and push notifications

  • Develop, test and monitor automated campaigns to improve performance and engagement

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to deliver effective customer communications

  • Analyse customer and campaign data to inform decisions and improve results

  • Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, including Iterable

  • Own and maintain the communications calendar

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with relevant legislation and best practice standards
