About the role

Reporting to the PMO Manager within IT, we are seeking a positive and energetic PMO Coordinator, who will work as part of a small team that is accountable for the project delivery framework, planning and resourcing, portfolio tracking and reporting, project support and quality assurance.

This is Full-Time Parental Relief Contract for up to 12 months.

You will;

• Support Project Managers in the use of the PMO tools, framework and processes (e.g. timesheets, reports, dashboards, financials etc).
• Collation and distribution of portfolio level project management reporting (e.g. dashboard of active/proposed for all IT delivery).
• Collation and distribution of monthly reports covering timesheets and resource allocations across the whole of IT.
• Assist in facilitating a triage process for work entering the IT delivery pipeline.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new Project Delivery staff and contractors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the project delivery methodology, including assisting in the creation of new processes and artefacts.
• Assist in maintaining a rolling 3 year forward work plan for the project portfolio roadmap.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive PMO professional with strong Excel and reporting skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data, and have the communication and organisational skills to support successful project delivery.

You will also have;

• 3+ years' experience in a PMO Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar PMO support role within an IT environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, dashboards, formulas and managing large datasets.
• Strong experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and reporting.
• A collaborative and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
• Experience using project management and PMO tools and methodologies (desirable).
