National Process Owner - Purchase to Pay (P2P) & Invoice to Cash (I2C) - (18 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Due to an internal secondment, we are seeking applications from individuals to fill an 18-month fixed term contract in our National Shared Services team.

This role will lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of end-to-end Purchase to Pay and Invoice to Cash processes, ensuring they operate with strong controls, high efficiency and consistent customer focus.

The role drives strategic process enhancements, champions digital and automation initiatives, maintains alignment with global standards and partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver streamlined, compliant and future-ready finance operations that support organisational performance and long-term business sustainability.

Duties

  • Lead and deliver P2P and I2C strategic projects from discovery through to implementation, including process design, testing and handover
  • Analyse end-to-end processes, identify efficiency and control opportunities, and implement standardised, scalable solutions
  • Partner with IT to define system requirements, support relevant projects in the P2P & I2C area
  • Own governance, policy updates and audit readiness for P2P and I2C processes, ensuring compliance with legislative and internal control requirements
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across finance, procurement, operations and external partners to secure buy-in and ensure smooth transitions

Experience Required

  • 10+ years in finance operations or transactional accounting with a clear focus on P2P and I2C process work
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end process improvements and project delivery in complex organisations
  • Strong SAP experience and practical knowledge of workflow systems
  • Solid understanding of governance, audit processes and compliance requirements for finance operations
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management ability, including translating business needs into practical solutions and managing change
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with hands-on delivery orientation and experience creating roadmaps and business cases
