About us

At Healthdirect Australia we work with purpose and dedication to help Australians actively manage and improve their health.

Our virtual services are easily accessible via multiple channels, including helplines, video call solutions and websites and cater for Australians at all stages of life. No matter where people live, or what time of the day or night it is, they can use our services to talk to a health professional, find trusted information and advice online and locate their closest health service.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Strategy & CX, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our consumer survey programs, using a VOC platform to capture feedback, surface insights and drive tangible action across the organisation. You’ll partner closely with service teams and cross‑divisional stakeholders to embed consumer‑centric decision‑making and track the impact of improvements over time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative survey design, testing, programming and deployment in a VOC platform (e.g., Qualtrics, Forsta). Establish robust sampling frameworks and complete pre‑testing before launch.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis; translate findings into actionable insights, risk flags and recommendations. Produce high‑quality visualisations and reports that meet contract and quality requirements.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary insights reviews; maintain an insights action register and trace improvements through to implementation. Present to senior leadership and partners.
  • Support internal users to self‑serve ad‑hoc analysis in the VOC platform; champion best‑practice methods, tools and dashboards. Ensure compliance with privacy, ethics and data handling.
  • Work within the Quality, Safety & Experience Division to unite clinical governance with consumer expectations and guide innovation in digital and virtual care.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale survey programs and sampling methodologies.
  • Hands‑on expertise with VOC platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Forsta or equivalent).
  • Advanced analytical and storytelling skills—able to distil complex findings into compelling narratives that influence senior decision‑making.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Market Research, Statistics or related discipline; 7+ years in research insights & analytics.
