About the Venue:
Ek’sentrik Beach House Café is a busy coastal café located in Brighton Le Sands, known for fast-paced service, quality coffee, and a strong local following. High volume is the norm, especially during peak periods.

About the Role:
We are seeking Cooks with experience in busy café kitchens who can deliver quality dishes efficiently during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to café standards
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Assist with prep and kitchen organisation

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume café or casual dining venue
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Team-focused and reliable
  • Located in Australia with full working rights
