The Opportunity
As a Project Support / Project Coordinator/Project Engineer, you will provide essential support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across planning, coordination, reporting and controls. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective and well‑governed project delivery.
This opportunity is well suited to someone looking to build a career in project management within infrastructure and capital works programs.
As a key member of this team, you will be required to:
- Provide project management support and project coordination across multiple projects
- Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, action logs and registers
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
- Track progress against milestones, risks, issues and deliverables
- Work closely with experienced project managers and program leads to deliver exciting infrastructure projects
- Support coordination of stakeholders, consultants and delivery partners
- Assist with compliance to project governance, WHS and environmental requirements

- Experience in a project support, coordination or administrative role (infrastructure or construction desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
