Full job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant with Webster Packing experience to join our team at Hove Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting pharmacists within the dispensary
- Packing DAAs (Webster Packs) using Webstercare and SureMed systems
- Ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of medications
- Collating scripts for PBS claims
- Compiling medicine orders for patients
- Maintaining and replenishing dispensary stock
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers
- Following pharmacy procedures and compliance requirements
- Supporting general pharmacy operations and housekeeping duties
- Assisting with dispensary workflow in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
- Experience with Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) preferred
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy highly desirable
- Exposure to MINFOS dispensing system highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Capable of working in a high-volume dispensary
- Cosmetic and skincare product knowledge or cosmetic sales experience would be highly regarded
Note: This role may include weekend shifts and regularly rostered hours.
