An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with excellent organisational skills to join a busy multi-disciplinary practice. You will work alongside General Practitioners to help ensure this busy, multifaceted practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will use your enthusiasm and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks ranging from reception and appointment management to handling patient enquiries.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

•Ability to prioritise and organise effective workflow systems

•Capable of problem solving in a professional and effective manner

•Flexible and motivated

• Have a positive “can do” attitude

• Previous Medical reception experience would be an advantage

Pay: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour

• Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
