Are you an innovative and energetic Course Manager or Instructional Designer who loves exploring new ideas and technologies? Do you thrive on creativity, efficiency, and delivering engaging learning experiences? If so, we want you on our team!
About Us
We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has been delivering brilliant training solutions since 1998. We currently provide training across Aged Care, Disability, Hospitality, and Business, ensuring our courses are engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement engaging training and assessment strategies (TAS) for face-to-face and online delivery.
- Design innovative courses that excite learners and meet industry needs.
- Embrace new technologies and AI to enhance learning experiences and drive efficiency.
- Map units of competency and ensure compliance with RTO standards.
- Consult with industry stakeholders to create high-quality, in-demand courses.
- Continuously improve TAS and course effectiveness through feedback and innovation.
- Develop webinars, video content, and online training modules - or be willing to learn!
About You:
- You are energetic, creative, and excited about new approaches to learning.
- You have a keen eye for efficiency and embrace AI to streamline processes.
- You understand the RTO world and can confidently design compliant, engaging courses.
- You love writing and developing compelling learning materials.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy engaging with industry.
- You’re comfortable (or eager to become comfortable) with video, webinars, and online training development.
Salary and hours are negotiable, based on experience.
