Job Description

About the Role

Join our Data Entry team and play a key role in supporting our fast-paced transport and logistics operations. Working closely with drivers, depot teams, customers and operational leaders, you'll help keep information accurate, freight moving, and daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain freight and operational data
  • Process freight documentation, including manifests, consignment notes and delivery paperwork
  • Provide administrative support to transport, warehouse and fleet teams
  • Respond to enquiries and liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with reporting, compliance documentation and record management
  • Support WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and general depot administration activities

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

Essential

  • Previous administration, coordination or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Desirable

  • Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or freight
  • Familiarity with ERP or operational systems such as D365, CBS or SAP
  • Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and workplace safety requirements
