Air Conditioning Operations Administrator
$40–$50/hr | 7:00am–4:30pm | Sutherland Shire

Are you a highly organised, motivated communicator looking to step off the tools and into a long-term career in operations management?

This is a rare opportunity to become the right-hand support to an experienced Operations Manager within a leading high-end mechanical services business.

The Opportunity

In this dynamic and diverse role, you will play a critical part in supporting both the project and service divisions. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities both in and out of the office, including:

  • Liaising across operational, project and service teams
  • Working with Bluebeam mechanical drawings and as-builts
  • Database and project administration
  • Stock and hardware procurement
  • Client handover coordination and documentation
  • Mentoring and exposure to domestic sales and design
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Managing custom grille orders
  • Digitising historical project archives

This is a full-time position offering:

  • $40–$50 per hour
  • 7:00am–4:30pm roster
  • Premium salary package and sign-on bonus
  • Fully maintained vehicle, E-Toll, fuel card, phone
  • Overtime opportunities
