$28 + 25% casual loading

- Deliver high end service in boardrooms and event spaces

We are seeking experienced Corporate Baristas to join our casual pool working across elite corporate venues in Sydney CBD. This role suits someone who brings technical skill, elegance and a genuine love for high quality coffee.
THE POSITION
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm and professional interaction
- Create quality beverages with strong knowledge of brewing methods and grind adjustment
- Work with speed and precision while managing settings across machines and grinders
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in busy premium environments
- Offer a personal touch while delivering efficient service
- Complete daily cleaning, maintenance and step down procedures
THE PERSON
- 2-5 yrs experience in premium coffee service
- Passionate about hospitality and coffee culture
- Strong presentation with excellent attention to detail
- Weekday availability
- Comfortable using a variety of coffee machines
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Holds a barista certificate with confident latte art skills
