We combine the strength and scale of a large, multi-national business with an expert, local knowledge of the customers we serve and communities we support. We invest, employ, manufacture, and distribute locally.
In Australia, our portfolio includes the Coca-Cola family of products and well-loved brands such as Sprite, Fanta, Monster and Mother Energy, Mount Franklin, Powerade, Billson's and Grinders Coffee.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Delivery Support Specialist to join our Logistics team based in Northmead, NSW, on a 12-month secondment.
Working Monday to Friday across rotational shifts, you’ll enjoy a hybrid working model that combines the flexibility of working from home with the benefits of in-office collaboration and operational engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated customer service professional to play a key role in supporting our delivery network and ensuring positive outcomes for customers across Australia. As a member of our Delivery Support team, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing interactions across phone, email and live chat.
Working closely with State Transport teams, Sales teams and customers, you’ll help keep our delivery network moving by managing enquiries, resolving delivery issues, coordinating outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-
Act as the first point of contact for delivery enquiries across our national customer base.
-
Manage customer interactions via phone, email and live chat, providing order updates and resolving delivery-related enquiries.
-
Investigate and resolve delivery issues by liaising with transport partners and internal stakeholders.
-
Provide timely, accurate and professional communication to customers.
-
Coordinate delivery outcomes and proactively manage exceptions to minimise customer impact.
-
Contribute to team performance by achieving key service and productivity KPIs.
-
Build strong working relationships with State Transport teams, Sales teams and customers to support positive outcomes.
-
Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and operational efficiency.
About You
You’re a customer-focused, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You thrive when balancing competing priorities and can confidently communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
In addition, you will have:
-
Experience in customer service, logistics, transport, supply chain, operations, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment.
-
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine customer-centric mindset.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
-
The ability to remain calm, resilient and adaptable when managing competing priorities and changing business needs.
-
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
-
Confidence using multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
-
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
-
The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across customers, Sales, Transport and operational stakeholders.
-
A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
-
No prior logistics experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role.
What We Offer
-
Work with one of the world’s most recognisable brands and a portfolio of iconic products.
-
Enjoy a generous monthly product allowance and access to discounted staff purchasing on a wide range of CCEP products.
-
Access 700+ exclusive discounts across groceries, fitness, leisure, travel and retail through our Cheers Rewards & Recognition platform.
-
Shape your future with access to learning, development and career progression opportunities locally and across our global network.
-
Build your financial future through our Employee Share Purchase Plan, with the opportunity to own part of the business you help grow.
-
Enjoy greater flexibility and wellbeing support through our hybrid work model, purchased leave options, paid parental leave and confidential Employee Assistance Programs for you and your family.
-
Be part of a people-first culture that celebrates diverse talent, recognises success and gives back to local communities through paid volunteering opportunities.
