Full job description

We are looking for confident drivers to join our delivery fleet. Whether you are a beginner or have been driving for years, this is an open, straightforward position designed for anyone willing to put in the effort.

Route Optimisation:

After training, you will get a fixed route for yourself.

You don't need to worry about plotting points on a map or backtracking. Our app does the heavy lifting:

Scan your parcels and number them.

Set your start and end destinations in the app.

The app automatically optimizes the route for you. You just load your car in order and drive.

Car Requirements:

Bring what you have—any car size works.

If you are driving a small car, your maximum capacity will be around 150 parcels per load.

The parcels are generally small, and you will handle some boxes, but they are completely manageable for a standard vehicle.

What it takes:

Confidence Behind the Wheel: You don't need years of courier experience, but you must be a confident and capable driver.

Patience to Build Speed: Don't stress if you aren't lightning-fast on day one. Speed is a muscle you build over time. It typically takes about a month of reps to hit the target pace of 30 to 40 parcels an hour.

Reliability: Show up, follow the app, and get the job done.

Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Referral program
  • Work from home

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
