Teknik Consulting, a leading provider of IT support services to public schools across Victoria, is seeking Expressions of interest for the position of Technical Support Specialist for a school in Ballarat area.

**Position:** Technical Support Specialist

**Location:** Ballarat

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide onsite technical support to clients in public school in Ballarat area.

- Assist in the management and support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency.

- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ICT infrastructure.

**Requirements:**
