What your typical day looks like

You'll play a key role in helping our priority client accounts operate at their best. From coordinating account planning, governance meetings and business development activities to preparing commercial insights, supporting proposals and maintaining client information, you'll help keep our account teams organised, informed and focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes. Working closely with senior Partners and multidisciplinary teams, you'll gain broad exposure to strategic client relationships while building your career in account management and business development.

About the team

Our clients team partners with Deloitte's most strategic accounts, helping strengthen client relationships, drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. We work alongside senior leaders across the firm to coordinate account strategy, governance, commercial performance, and business development activities. It's a highly collaborative environment where you'll work with experienced professionals, learn from some of Deloitte's largest client relationships, and contribute to meaningful work that makes an impact across the firm.

You enjoy bringing structure to busy environments and are someone who thrives on keeping people, projects and priorities moving. You may have all, or a selection, of the following:

Experience in coordination, project support, account management, business development or administration within a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests with confidence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work across reports, presentations, and documentation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
Experience using CRM, reporting, or collaboration platforms, with an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve ways of working.
A proactive, curious and solution-focused mindset, with the initiative to anticipate needs, solve problems and follow through on actions.
A genuine interest in building a career in account management, client relationship management or business development, with strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
