You'll play a hands-on role in how Kleenheat shows up on social and in customer inboxes, day to day.
Build a long-term career with Kleenheat - competitive salary, share allocations, and opportunities across the Wesfarmers Group
Permanent, full-time role based at our new Perth CBD office.

About Kleenheat

We’ve been providing energy solutions to homes and businesses across Western Australia for more than 65 years. We’re committed to delivering energy for today’s customers and tomorrow’s opportunities, with a focus on safe and reliable products and helpful customer service.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work with an established and trusted brand in the Perth market. Kleenheat is also well positioned for growth, having recently launched a new solar and battery offering for West Australians. We pride ourselves on our values of One Team, Accountable, Customer Focused and Forward Thinking, with the understanding that our success is underpinned by our people.

About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to help bring our brand to life across social media and email marketing platforms. Reporting to the Digital Excellence Manager, you’ll support the content strategy for our social channels and customer rewards communications, helping us build brand awareness, drive customer growth and strengthen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Creating social media content that aligns with our brand personality and is distinctly Kleenheat.
Executing the social media content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Writing compelling copy for social posts, customer reward email campaigns, and customer communications.
Using social listening to spot trends, customer sentiment, competitor activity and opportunities to join the conversation.
Building and supporting email campaigns that promote customer rewards, loyalty offers, partnerships and benefits.
Using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and Microsoft Dynamics.
Analysing campaign performance and applying insights to optimise future activity.
Working with the wider Marketing team, Customer Service, Partnerships, Sales, Data and agency partners to deliver joined-up digital activity.

About You

Experience in social media, email marketing, digital content or a related marketing role.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft customer-focused content tailored to different audiences.
The ability to create content to grow the Kleenheat brand.
A strong understanding of how to manage online communities with empathy, responsiveness, and sound judgement.
Experience supporting or building email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics or a similar platform, including creating customer segments and customer journeys
Comfort working with data and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe and Canva.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative, customer-first approach with a genuine interest in creating useful digital experiences.
Flexible and adaptable approach in meeting complex business objectives.
Perform other duties as required by the Digital Excellence Manager.
