This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in influencing healthcare outcomes across a diverse and vibrant region—while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time executive role.
About the Role

You will be a valued member of the Rural & Regional Health Services (R&RHS) Executive Team, contributing to high-level decision-making and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the R&RHS General Manager and executive leadership to shape strategic priorities and future direction.
Clinical Governance & Culture: Champion the district’s vision of “Excellence, Every Patient, Every Time”, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Medical Leadership: Provide leadership, support, and professional oversight for Senior Medical Officers, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and engagement.

- Excels in stakeholder engagement and collaborative leadership
- Is committed to improving health outcomes for regional communities
Why Join HNELHD?

- Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking executive team
- Shape the future of healthcare in one of NSW’s largest and most diverse health districts
- Flexible 0.5 FTE role supporting work-life balance
Make a Difference
This is your chance to take on a meaningful leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the quality and sustainability of healthcare services across the region. Join us in delivering Excellence—Every Patient, Every Time.
