About Pro’vada Disability Care

Pro’vada Disability Care is a growing NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are passionate about empowering participants to live independently, achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in the community.

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Disability Support Workers to join our team across Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.

Duties may include:

  • Personal care and daily living assistance
  • Community access and social support
  • Transport to appointments and activities
  • Meal preparation
  • Domestic assistance
  • Medication assistance where appropriately trained
  • Supporting participants to build independence and work towards their goals
  • Completing accurate shift notes, progress notes and other required documentation
  • Following participant support plans, workplace policies and NDIS requirements

Applicants must be available for flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends where required.
