We're Hiring – Support Worker (Complex & High Intensity Needs)
Casual Position | Ongoing Work for the Right Applicant

OdysseyCare Solutions is seeking compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join our growing team. This role supports a participant with complex, high-intensity needs, requiring someone patient, confident, and dedicated to providing quality care. Shifts are available across weekdays and weekends, with ongoing work for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide personal care including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and high-intensity supports
✔ Assist with daily living tasks – meal prep, medication prompts, domestic duties
✔ Support community access, appointments, and social engagement
✔ Implement behaviour support strategies and follow individualised care plans
✔ Monitor and document progress, incidents, and outcomes
✔ Maintain NDIS-compliant notes and uphold safe, person-centred practices

Requirements:

✔ Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
✔ Experience with complex or high-intensity supports (highly regarded)
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
✔ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Flexible availability, including weekends/public holidays
