We're looking for workers with open availability, including mornings, afternoons and overnights. Shift opportunities are centralised currently within South-Eastern suburbs including Cranbourne, Clyde North, Narre Warren etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
- Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs and behavioural support requirements
- Support clients to achieve their personal goals and actively participate in community and social activities
- Implement and follow individualised care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Promote independence, dignity, and respect in all interactions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and incident reports
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in disability support, particularly with complex care and behavioural support (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of behaviour support practices and person-centred care
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support) – desirable
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
