We're looking for workers with open availability, including mornings, afternoons and overnights. Shift opportunities are centralised currently within South-Eastern suburbs including Cranbourne, Clyde North, Narre Warren etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs and behavioural support requirements
  • Support clients to achieve their personal goals and actively participate in community and social activities
  • Implement and follow individualised care plans and behaviour support strategies
  • Promote independence, dignity, and respect in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and incident reports
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in disability support, particularly with complex care and behavioural support (preferred)
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of behaviour support practices and person-centred care
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support) – desirable
  • Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (Preferred)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
