Position:- Contract 4-5 hours per week social community access. Flexible times
Accessing the community, Support with daily activities, Help with cooking and meal prep, Help learning to use public transport, Help with job search and interviews

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality support services to NDIS participants, ensuring their needs and goals are met with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working with autism
• Strong focus on social and community participation
• Ability to build rapport and support confidence building
• Strong communication skills (essential)
• Reliable, patient, and proactive approach

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and mandatory NDIS checks (including Working with Children Check and National Police Check)
• Valid driver's licence
• Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
• Experience in the disability sector
• Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in providing support services to individuals with disabilities
