Full job description

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you’ll support people with disabilities to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy a full and meaningful life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Support clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community outings
  • Encourage independence and help build life skills
  • Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate records
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships

About You

  • Caring, patient, and respectful attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Reliable and flexible availability (including weekends and evenings)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or similar (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (if required)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Right to work in Australia
