We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Disaster Management Team.
The Administration Officer Disaster Mananagement provides a high level of efficient, effective and collaborative administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service Disaster Management Team and Incident Management Team. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.

Key Responsibilties:
Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Disaster Management Team by delivering a range of administrative services
Assist with the organisation and co-ordination of Disaster Management Meetings with relevant staff on behalf of the team and perform end-to-end secretariat processes for relevant meetings as appropriate.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Emergency Operation Centre and Incident Management Team during active incidents, including scheduling meetings, providing support for AV equipment and real-time minute taking.
Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
Remuneration value up to $8422.75 p.m., comprising salary between $3053.30 - $3395.50 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (fixed term temporary full time position available for leave relief up to 12months). Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
