About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Warehosue Supervisor to support our busy Cairns Steel Centre. This is a great opportunity to step into a team leadership role and be part of a growing branch within a well-established Australian business.

The day shift is from 7am – 3pm

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with other Supervisors to ensure orders are picked, loaded, and ready for dispatch. You’ll lead by example, help coordinate the team, and keep things running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and guide the team
  • Ensure safe and accurate picking and loading of orders
  • Stock takes and investigations
  • Manage processes and implement improvements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work closely with other supervisors to meet daily targets
  • Drive a strong safety culture

About your experience

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to lead by example
  • A valid C Class driver’s licence
  • A current forklift licence (preferred)
